Nobody listens

Sigh. You can piss, bitch, and moan, but nobody will listen. Just when I was sure I had a real argument going that Apple's hardware is of questionable quality, their support sucks, and their warranty service borders on fraudulent, my business partner goes out and buys a PowerBook! I guess that's what I get for convincing him to switch from Windows to Linux, and then not supporting him. Doh!

I'd like to say that I hope I never have the opportunity to say "I told you so" regarding Apple, but who am I kidding? Some day, the whole frickin' world will realize that reliable hardware is worth paying for, that poor customer service is unacceptable, and that anything less than 100% open source is criminal. I just can't wait...

I'm going on vacation. Call me when the computer industry has finally become rational.
