The Mac is back

15 days after I called Apple regarding the failed hard drive on my 4 month old PowerBook, it's finally been repaired and returned.

The next laptop I buy will come with next-day on-site service, like the Dell and IBM laptops I've bought. If Apple doesn't start offering this for their PowerBooks, then I guess my next laptop won't be a PowerBook.
