Dell not evil
When I wrote the previous post about returning my brand new Inspiron 8500 for a refund, I thought I’d have to pay the 15% restocking fee mentioned in Dell’s Total Satisfaction policy. According to Dell Customer Priority Service, however, that’s not true. Which is very nice, and leaves me a little less frustrated with the whole experience. Verdict: Dell not evil, they just make a crappy product.
