User interfaces

Fly UI: I have seen one of the finest instances of user interface design ever, and I saw it in the men's room at Schipol airport in Amsterdam.

There’s a valuable lesson to be learned here. I think I know what it is. But I’ll be damned if I have any idea of how to apply it to my work.
